CANADIAN SKELETON ATHLETES CELEBRATE SUPER BOWL SUNDAY WITH MEDIA AVAILABILITY IN VANCOUVER TO KICK-OFF WORLD CUP WEEK

VANCOUVERCanada’s skeleton athletes will slide into Vancouver and have a kick-off of their own  on Super Bowl Sunday – the start of World Cup week in Whistler.

 

The media availability and luncheon will take place at the Shaw Tower in downtown Vancouver on Sunday, February 1, 2009, at 1 p.m.

 

The media conference will introduce Canadian skeleton athletes that will compete in the World Cup at the Whistler Sliding Centre on February 5, and provide all World Cup details.

 

A media availability with the Canadian Bobsleigh Team will be announced later in the week.
